Selena Gomez Performs “Who Says” At The Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia

Selena Gomez helped Ryan Seacrest open his media broadcasting center “The Voice” inside the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and while she was there she took the time to give a performance of her hit single “Who Says.” Here is the description that was posted along with the video below:

“Selena Gomez joined Ryan Seacrest in launching the second closed-circuit media center called “The Voice” in the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Friday morning, and gave an impromptu performance alongside CHOP heart patient, Julia.
